[access-uk] juice help please

HiListers, first up ,I am compleatly new to useing a podcatcher Cliant.after
downloading and installing : the Juice cliant,I have downloaded a few Podcasts
o k however for some reason I am not getting any audio from them ,I understood
that either W M P or Winamp [ [both are loaded ] would be automaticly
activated.,also I understood that a folder called,my recieved podcasts,or
similar title,would be created in :my documents there is no such folder there,I
wonder if I have messed up the installation .could someone please help me out
re where I am going wrong!.thanks in anticipation.Alan
