[access-uk] links not opening IE 9 automatically in outlook 2010

Hi,
Not sure what happened, because everything was working fine up until about a
week ago. But now I have to copy and paste links into IE9, and every time I
press enter on a link in outlook, I get a message saying that this operation
was canceled due to restrictions on this computer and that I sould contact
the system administrator. I ran into this problem when I was using OE, but I
don't know how to fix it with outlook. If anyone has ideas, I would really
appreciate the help very much. Thanks in advance.
