no it isn't, they're inaccessible Flash.
I talked to the rnib web team about this a while ago and they had had some
initial meetings with the providers about the problem but don't know if they
had identified a solution or even if they were trying.
follow it up and let us know what you find out.
I did send an email to the head of cammalot corporate services on the
subject but had no acknowledgement.
