The key to this is to use plain text mode for sending email
From the headers, it looks like you are using Windows Mail 6, aka
Outlook Express (or a version of it).
Here's some info from Microsoft site - hope this helps.
To turn on plain text mode for sending new e-mail messages, follow these steps:
Start Outlook Express.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Send tab, click Plain Text under Mail Sending Format.
Click OK.
