Hi, Perhaps they'd do well to recycle the discs instead of destroying them when they arrive back in the RNIB? The green card was also played. I would have thought that with this kind of packaging, there was a danger that foreign material could actually get in through the disc hole and damage the playing side. When I called R N I B to ask I was told it was yet another cut back. Surely the discs will get dirty or scratched in transit. I am told if the front is damaged then the play side won't play.
