Hi,
I am having a problem converting an mp3 file which was made on a Phillips
digital recorder. When I copied it to my laptop and play it in Windows media
player it runs too fast. So I brought it into Goldwave and adjusted the
playback speed to make it normal and saved it out again to a new name. The
playback speed is unaltered. Playback speed was adjusted to 22,000 and the
format 44100,128. The file still plays too fast in WMP.
It is a very important file and I need it to run correctly.
Any suggestions?
Aedan
