[access-uk] my c5 and e5

Hi
I seem to have a problem with my nokia c5, the volume
control on the side is not working. I only use it for music.
Does anyone know where on the nokia e5 the micro sd card
goes, I cannot find the card slot for the card, is it in
side the battery compartment if so, where and is it easy for
me to access?
