[access-uk] my signature doesn't work

Hi
I have outlook set to use my signature on replies, forwards
etc. For some unknown reason outlook has stopped using my
signature on replies. I have started using a google account,
Is this problem something to do the decoding. I notice on
the google website that there are several decoding options,
have I the wrong one set?
If I click on reply on one or two messages the signature
comes up but otherwise it only works on messages that I send
from new.
