Hi Hazel.
I know JAWS does have problems with Thunderbird however the latest JAWS 
12 should have it fixed. Let's hope FS releases an update for 11 so you 
guys can take advantage of the support. Upgrading to JAWS 12 just 
because of that sounds daft to me. If not there are alternatives.
