[access-uk] Re: network access permissions

Hi Andrew

Thanks for your response.  I have since found several programs that are 
not happy running on the other accounts.

I thought it would be simple.

Now wondering if the best plan would be to abandon the multiuser idea and 
allocate one machine for each user.

Was hoping to prevent my daughters from messing up the o.s but a 
reinstall every few months may be more simple.
