Hi

I have just started to use NOD32 for virus checking and I find it considerably improves the responsiveness of the computer apart from it being very good at what it is meant to do.

I have purchased enough licences for the computers I have, but although I entered the username and password with which I was provided in order to download the product, I presumably should need to enter it into the program. According to the help, this information is required when NOD32 checks for updates and so I would have thought entering this information was mandatory.

The help refers to a Setup button available off the update screen where the details can be entered and updates scheduled. But while most of the application is accessible, I do not appear to be able to locate the update button and I am hopeful that someone can please provide an answer to this one.

Thank you.
