Open contacts, press select on the contact you wish to assign the ring
tone to, which will open the contact card with their details, such as
mobile. Press soft key 1 (options), and select ringing tone. Select a
tone from the list, and press soft key 1 (OK). The same method will also
work for your wife's phone. Hope that helps.
