The only thing to be aware of is that the interface has vastly changed. For 
example, the menus has been replaced by ribbons. Otherwise you can do all 
the tasks you could in previous versions. Hope that helps.

Hi all, One of the benefits of being a PhD student seems to be the ability
to purchase Office 2007 ultimate for just £39. I use WE 6.1 which I believe
means that office 2007 is accessible.

I'm really interested in finding out what other users think of Office 2007,
is their a steap learning curve? Is it something as a blindy I could pick up
easily?

It does seem too good a deal to miss.
