Steve, Assuming you want the Demon settings, and you have enabled POP3 retrieval in the account (you probably did this ages ago), then the user name would just be thacker, using your _pop3_ password, this is different to your connect password. Sorry if that is sketchy but some time since I used Demon mail at all.
