Hi Jill

Can you remember how you do it as it's driving me crazy too as I can't download even small documents.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

I know the Yahoo Toolbar blocks Windows that you may not want blocking. I
found this when trying to access message forums. I had to get rid of it in
the end. Drove me crazy.

Jill.

Thanks a lot Sandra. I've done all that and it's still not working (I think
it's something to do with my side bars in BT Yahoo). I can't quite work it
out yet and it's prooving to be more trouble than it's worth!

Thanks.

Hi Wendy,
Usually, by default, cookies are enabled but if for some reason they're
not, in internet explorer go to tools with alt t and then o for options.
Go to the privacy tab and make sure that the check box which says,
override automatic handling of cookies, is unchecked. Then, whenever
internet explorer encounters a request for a cookie, it will automatically
be saved. Trust Real to moan about something! I hate real player.

Cheers,
Sandra.
