Hi, Sounds like one of the updates may be conflicting with one of the Dell utilities or driver modifications. I'd suggest booting in Safe Mode and using System Restore to go back to the point before the updates were installed. As a rule, I always update my systems manually and manually select the updates to install. It allows me to disable any update which I can see beforehand may cause system problems later.
