[access-uk] problem with password and user name for audible.co.uk

Hi all,
I have recently joined audible.co.uk and have purchased my first book.
I thought all my problems had been resolved, however, when I go to open the
files for my book I am asked for my user name and password, and when I enter
what I believe to be the correct information I am told that there is a
problem.
Can anyone think of a way that I can access the correct information online,
as the e-mail from audible that I thought would contain both the username
and password only seems to contain the user name.
Please note that I will be speaking to audible support tomorrow afternoon if
no-one can come up with an answer to my problem by then so it will not be a
problem if I do not get any replies to this message.
