I applaud you. The app is pretty disgraceful. I've already emailed them. I hope
others do the same.

Hi Everyone.

As many of you may know, Audible released an update to their app which has
severely diminished the user experience for all customers. Whatever the
reasons for this, we need to advise Audible of the problems and make as much
of a noise regarding this as possible. I am currently in communication with
Audible's app development team regarding these issues, however I need your
help as part of the wider community.

OK, the first thing I'd like everyone to do is email
customercare@xxxxxxxxxxxxx to express their dissatisfaction with the new app.
It goes without saying that comments must be fare, constructive, concise and
as accurate a reflection of the user experience as possible. There is a
specific feature for reporting issues within the app itself, these can be
found under the more tab, where you can report a bug. This is where to send
app specific errors you are experiencing. Please use the reporting feature
from your phone as this includes the version number of the app and makes it
easier for them to know which version customers are having problems with,
this specifically because they released a couple of updates in a short period
of time. We can't afford to let Audible rest on their laurels everyone, so
please a concerted effort, even if you only use the app occasionally, and of
course, pass this around to others you believe would want to contribute.
