[access-uk] recall pro help needed

hi, great program this but i've got a problem. when i record stuff from a
tape recorder using the line in on my sound card, everythings fine. however
tonight i wanted to try recording some streaming audio from the internet.
but no matter what i did the recording came out too loud and was distorted!
anyone got any suggestions about what i need to change? for internet
recording i've got "stereo mixer" i think it is slected as the recording
source.
