I personally quite like a product called spyware doctor available from
www.pctools.com
A trial version of this can be downloaded from www.pctools.com and it will
scan your system for spyware.
This free version does not remove anything but it will tell you whether this
crss job is a genuin microsoft program or a spyware alternative. Spyware
Doctor seems to be getting quite good reviews in computer magazines at the
moment. It is largely accessible though you do need a bit of mouse movement,
using the JAWS cursor in my case, can't remember what window-eyes and
supernova/hal calls it.
