[access-uk] removing nokia multimedia player

Hi all.
Not sure if this is really a TALKS question or a problem caused by an access
issue I may be having or an error I am making.
I want to install PC Suite for the Nokia 6630.
I uninstalled the PC suite for the Nokia 6600 and tried to install the version
of PC suite available for that works with the Nokia 6630 that I downloaded from
the nokia website.
I got to aggree to the license terms and choose a folder but after this I got
the following error:
Another version of Nokia Multimedia Player has been detected. Please remove it
before continuing.
Nokia Multimedia Player is there but when I click the Change/remove button well
press enter on it anyway, nothing happens. I actually thought I had removed
Nokia Multimedia player already.
This one may be better on a different list but I am not sure where.
Any help much appreciated.
