Hi Austin.

You already have one, its built in to Windows and its called Disk Management. Look up Partition in the Windows help system, it'll explain in detail how to use it. Be prepared to use your jaws cursor especially if you have unallocated space, but if you're going to merge partitions, back up the contents of your data partition first as merging deletes data unfortunately due to the rearrangement of the disk sectors.
