yes it's strange really is thought i could be something to do with the change
over i wonder if my membership ran out just before the change over. so will
ring them tuesday as i have a busy tuning day tomorrow in cambridge area.

Sorry, I've not seen that error before. I think your best bet is to ring RNIB
tomorrow and see what they say.
