Hi Mark.
Everything you should need to know is on the www.rsgames.org website and in
the readme file that comes with the RS Games client when you install it.
Also once you are in a game, you can press the control H hotkey for a list
of keys valid during game play. Its a case of RTFM and familiarising
yourself with the software.

and on that page, quite near the bottom, are the downloads for the various
operating systems. Windows is the first one.
