[access-uk] sending pictures when selling on ebay

Hi all.
I wonder if any of you are ebay users? someone I am working with is selling
items on ebay and wants to send pictures of them in JPG format. until recently
he has been able to do this but now when he goes to send the item he is told
that the picture is being sent but then internet explorer just hangs there with
the picture being sent message. Also, when the browse window opens, jaws just
hangs.
A friend of his who is sighted has managed to send pictures from home.
Has anyone else had this problem with ebay?
