[access-uk] skype again

hi
i finally had another go at signing up with skype again this morning but even
mum couldn't cope with the capture, we tried listening to it but it was awful,
it sounded like it had been slowed right down and you couldn't tell a word of
it, i might have to wait till i get someone here with better eyesight than
mum's but i was wondering if you have to mess with that stupid thing [capture]
if you sign up via the iphone app?
