Hi all,

Following on from the discussions regarding Eset version 4,
I'm wondering if someone can advise me on a solution to the
following problem please.

I got the same type of e-mail as Amro described, and I am
running the version of Nod32 prior to version 4.  When I
tried to download the upgrade I started getting problems.

I could get as far as the button on the site to start the
download but then I started getting problems:

The program Internet Download Manager picked up the download
o.k., but in order to get it to work, I had to enter my
current username and password, and even though I copied and
pasted them from the e-mail I received when I purchased the
program from Eset.co.uk, the password just wouldn't be
recognised.  My guess is that the problem was that the
download was coming from eset.com and not Eset.co.uk, but
that's only a guess.

If anyone could advise me how I can successfully install the
upgrade on this desktop running Windows XP Pro OS, Microsoft
Office XP, and Supernova version 10.03 as well as the
program Internet Download Manager, which I referred to
earlier in this message, I would appreciate it.
