Hi John. There is no need to reset the phone! Just run Memory & Disk scanner
pro and that will delete junk files. You need to run it a couple of times after
rebooting your phone each time and it will get rid of all that unwanted cash
data which is hogging your storage.

Sounds like time to get rid of junk. Backup the phone to iCloud, then, erase
it through settings general reset, then restore the iCloud backup. Yell if
you would like a hand with it off list.
