Or you could put your name and address in a header and save it as a template
with a .dot ending, then just open up the template by going to file, new and
it should come up with all the templates, just find yours and it should open
with the header showing your name and address.

How about Mail Merge Usif. You can do this in Microsoft Word. I can't
remember off the top of my head but if nobody does respond, I will try and
recall how to do it.

Subject: [access-uk] templates in word2003

Hi all, I'm currently sending out a load of letters to various organisations
and I think it would be easier if I could just set up a template so that I
don't have to keep writing my address, telephone numbers and email, then
right justifying it. I thought there was a way of setting up a template like
this, but can't find it in word. Can anyone offer any advice?

Cheers
Yusuf
