John,This is an old chestnut! I had the problem some months back and they absolutely insisted it was my problem to sort and I followed all directions (deleting cookies, etc, etc) that they sent. Still no go!
I stopped using Tesco for a while and, wow, then it worked ...Sorry can't help much but ring Customer Services, go through the steps they say and see what happens.
