Hazel, with the message open, go to file menu, attachments. Press right arrow on the attached file to open the sub menu, which offers the choice of open, save, detach or delete.


I think addresses of outgoing mail go to your address book by default. But you can check this by going to tools menu, options, composition, then the addressing tab. There is a check box that says "automatically send address of sent mail to address book", or words to that effect.

seem to find view attachment options.
Also how can you add sender of emails to address book, there doesn't  seem to 
be any option for that either.
