[access-uk] top of window, bottom of window

I'm having issues with Outlook Express at the moment, using jaws 5.
I can't seem to see all the emails in the inbox. And when I try to cursor
down the box after reading a few of the email subjects I get into a "top of
window, bottom of window" loop as I up and down arrow.
Anyone any thoughts as to what is happening or how I can solve it?
