Well, I agree, actually, but apparently the Breeze will give her directions, as well as tell her what bus stop she's at. Can Wayfinder Access, which is considerably cheaper than the Breeze, do the same, if not better? Unfortunately one of her agents told her how bad Wayfinder was at this sort of thing, and I dont believe that from what I've both read and experimented when I used the trial briefly. Interesting discussion, me thinks.
