[access-uk] trouble with ie6 settings

Hi all,
I'm having trouble setting up IE6 (probably in the Security settings) to
work similarly to my desktop.
I just can't get up

Can anyone offer help here? I am wondering if there's something in the DELL
setup which is preventing me from getting to this URL, and maybe to others
also.
