  Hi Trace,

I'd first check with Dolphin directly whether Supernova 13 supports iTunes
11, especially if this is the only reason you were planning on upgrading. It
would be a shame to spend all that money and find out it didn't work.

    Hi Trace,

I'm not sure what level of support you'll get for iTunes 11 with that
version of Supernova, but if it supports it, the following should help you get
your music showing.

When you open iTunes, press control s. This should get the source list up
that lets you easily navigate between music, films, TV shows etc. Arrow up and
down and see if Supernova reads any of these categories out. If it doesn't,
then you may have got the source list to show previously, so you'll need to
turn it back on again by pressing control s which is a toggle. If Supernova
doesn't read anything when you arrow up and down having pressed control s, we
can probably conclude that that version doesn't support iTunes 11.

If it does read the source list, make sure you're on music, and press tab
until you find a series of radio buttons labelled albums, songs etc. You'll
have to tab between the radio buttons rather than arrowing between them when
you find them. Make sure the songs one is ticked, then press control shift b
to show the column browser. When the column browser is showing, you can press
f6 to move between your source list, list of artists, list of genres, artists,
albums, the search field etc. Any CDs you've imported should show in your
artists or albums list, which you can navigate using the arrow keys.

    Hope that helps.

itunes is the latest which is 11 i think and supernova is 12, i dohave the
cd to upgrade it but i want the folks at dolphin to do it remotely for me as i
want them to delete some of hte old versions etc that are on there and mywifi
connection can bea pain so its put me off doing it, but i will have to get it
done, if it was a normal install i'd do itmyself

    thanks

      Hi Trace,

What version of iTunes and Supernova are you using?

      hi

i've asked about this on the dolphin userslist and have so far at least
had no response, just wondering if anyone on here who uses supernova could tell
me how to navigate around itunes, i'm currently importing my entire cd
collection but can'tsee any of the cd's that i've done, my mum says they're on
screen as she can see them but i can't access them at all, even if i use the
dolphin cursor, they're not there, the info thatis there is very limited and
i'm desparate to be able to access the information so i can start making play
lists.
