hi, can anyone tell me the lowest BPS that a victor classic player will play
back? I'm wanting to burn some files onto a CD and squish them down as small as
possible so I can fit lots on. However in the past I've noticed it just won't
play files that have a bit rate of 24. I've not experimented all that much but
any thoughts appreciated.
