[access-uk] voice for reading books

Hi,
i have the Sappi 5 American Anna voice loaded on my system but it is slow to
respond, so i was wondering if there are any good, responsive, clear preferably
free voices that can be downloaded for reading books etc. before i used to have
flex talk and really liked the keath bell voice as it was smoothe and soft on
the ears and therefore good for reading long books.
