Equally short answer for a large question: 1 You need a working soundcard on your computer. 2 You need a stereo mini-jack lead to connect your walkman. You can obtain one from Maplin who are numerous in the country and usually very helpful in store. 3 You need some sound editing software, Goldwave (shareware registration) or Audacity the latter is completely freeware. 4 Connect your walkman to the line-in of your soundcard. 5 When setting the levels be careful at the walkman end not to have the volume too high, turn off any bass boost if any. 6 Engage record and go.
