Hi Simon, I went for a hotpoint last year and they came out and put Braille and a tactile front pannel on as well as giving me an audio tutorial for the machine. the only problem was that it took them ages to do this. I bought the machine in October and they didn't get round to bringing me the tactile pannel till February. Good machine though.

hi list, I am in the market for a new machine as mine gave up the ghost today.
I remember someone on here had details of a company who made panels to go over the front of some machines, so blind peeps can use them.
could that someone refresh me memory please?
tar muchly!
