Outlook Express doesn't come with Office, it comes with Windows. If you
have your Windows disc, you could try a repair.

Well, it appears to be back to normal, more or less. I have had intermittent
issues with both Outlook Express, and MS Outlook. Probably need to reinstall
Office.
