[access-uk] what is permitted on list?

Hi All.
I have reviewed guidelines as supplied by moderators of this list, but
am still unclear on the following question. I know the Access UK list is
not for trading items. What is permitted on list? for example, if
someone has a service to offer can they post it? or if someone has a
product they wish to sell, can they post it?
