[access-uk] what programme do I need?

Hi!
been messing around with the video camera on my talks phone but can't get the
file types to play on my computer, they are:
mpeg-4 and 3gpp movie importer
If any of this makes sense to anyone I would be delighted to hear from them!
neither windows media player, real player or quicktime want to do the job, any
suggestions?I will try the talks list or the pc audio list but knowing the
great store of knowledge available on this list I thought I would try here
