Yes I remember doing this some time ago on window's10 if your signed
into a micro soft account it should carry your settings over to every
computer you are signed in with.

I came across this when my laptop decided to default to windows10 tablet
mode without my knowing and apps were behaving strangely. I found that
by disabling tablet mode, things became a lot more accessible and
useable again. I would recommend that people keep windows10 set to the
standard mode unless you specifically have a touch enabled device. even
then it may be better to switch to standard mode. to switch, do the
following.
press windows I for settings.
press enter on system.
arrow down to tablet mode and press enter.
tab once and make sure that the button for make windows more touch
friendly is not pressed or ticked. if your screen reader just says
button its not enabled.
tab and set the next option as desired, i have mine set to go to the
desktop after sign in.
tab again and change this setting to don't ask me and don't switch.
tab to home and press enter. your settings should now be saved.
