Hi Husna,
it should read the messages in the message list better if the reading pane
(preview pane) is switched off. Assuming that you're not using the jaws virtual
ribbon:
1. press alt to move to the active tab name.
2. press right arrow till you get to the view tab name.
3. tab until you get to the reading pane button, and press it. This opens a
menu.
4. Choose off.

how can you get windows live mail to read the dates of messages? as at the
moment jaws 13 just reads the name of the person who sent the email and the
subject.
