Just a point of clarification for JFW users here. If you enter forms =
mode
on an edit box and start typing, the text which is already there is not
automatically deleted. If you are already in forms mode and tab in to =
the
edit box, the text will be automatically deleted when you start typing. =
So,
if I want to delete the text, I either shift-tab and then tab to get =
back in
to the edit box while already in forms mode, or press delete or =
backspace a
number of times. On the other hand, if I tab in to a field which I want =
to
ad text without deleting what is already there, I press an arrow key or =
the
home or end key depending on where I wish to ad the text.

Hi Carol & Maureen,

The search field is like many, many you will find. However, when you
tab to it, the words "Shop Search" are highlighted.

PROVIDED you type directly, that is to say you don't use any navigation
keys such as left or right arrow, the minute you type a letter, the
highlighted text disappears.

George.
