[access-uk] yahoo basic mail & Firefox browser

I am using Firefox browser four windowesXP, and adobe flash plug-in.
I am also using two screen readers, NVDA, JAWS13 demo.
The problem is, when using NVDA and Firefox to sign in to my account Firefox
crashes when it gets to my welcome page.
It does not do that with JAWS.
I have got the correct plugins and Firefox on the computer.
Can someone tell me what is going on please!
I have windows IE also and know problems.
