People can and should add themselves to the list. All that needs to be done
is to go to https://www.freelists.org/list/acwe and enter in your email
address. This link is available on our website under Communication.
I went ahead and added Margatre and Maria. They will need to respond to
the confirmation email they should get.
If people add themselves, then they will know to expect the confirmation
email right away and not forget about it.
