Just to jot some notes for rehearsal announcements tomorrow... and to send
out to the band for reminders (we have a lot of new members for whom this
will be their first concert)... I'm thinking we don't loan music stands at
rehearsal anymore... they tend to not come back...
*CALL TIME: *10:15AM SATURDAY
*LOCATION*: Central Market North, 4001 North Lamar, at the Café area to the
south end of the store.
*WHAT TO WEAR:* ACWE blue logo polo and khaki bottoms. And probably a hat.
*WHAT TO BRING:* A music stand, your instrument, and your music. If you
don't own a music stand, come to percussion load and put one on the trailer.
*PERCUSSION LOAD and CARPOOLING*: 8:30AM Meet here (at Covenant) to help
load percussion into the trailer, and carpool to Central Market.
*PARKING:* There is free parking available in the Heart Hospital parking
garage THIRD FLOOR AND HIGHER. There is also free parking across the park
at 39th and Guadalupe.
