I would recommend getting in touch with Emma from the church. She would know
who to write it out to and who would be checking the mail. She is the
secretary and would most likely be handling it. Her email is
elake@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or elake.covenant@xxxxxxxxx.

Subject: [acweboard] Re: Covenant Payment
If $1000 must be spent, I recommend asking Bob what odds and ends percussion
still needs. I asked him at one point, but I can't remember what he said.
We'll get through this and be playing again yet, friends.
Also, is ABB paid up on our half?

Hi All
We appear to have not paid Covenant yet. I believe we normally pay them around
January. Is there a person and address we can send the check to? I am not sure
how much they are checking mail at the church. I don't really know how that
payment has been handled in the past.
We could also stand to spend another $1000 or so to be on good terms with the
city. I think they are going to be lenient on the matching requirements this
time, so we might be OK as things stand now. If there is something we could
spend a little money on, now is a good time to do it. I know it is hard to
think about spending money if we aren't doing much of anything.
thanks
