As far as I know, there isn’t a dedicated site for people to just see our
social media. Warren, is this something that could be done? Or would it be
easier to just send individual links to each social media page in the email?

Hi board,
Here's the email I'm planning on sending out tonight. I'll probably send it
out around 8ish (sorry that's not much time to review, I just want to get it
out tonight before the holiday tomorrow). Please let me know if you have any
comments or suggested changes.
And also Jessica - I mentioned in the email to share ACWE's social media
posts about the Giving Tues fundraiser. Is there a page on our website I can
link people to so they can follow our different social accounts? I saw the
links on the bottom of the homepage, but couldn't find a dedicated site

Hi band,
I sent an email last week about the band's finances and various ways each of
you can support ACWE. Please go read that if you haven't already. Thank you
also to everyone who stuck around after rehearsal last week and gave
suggestions.
The band's main need right now is to purchase a new trailer to replace the
one that was stolen during the pandemic. To help us raise funds for the new
trailer, an ACWE member has generously offered to match all donations made to
ACWE, up to $5,000, from now through Giving Tuesday (11/29)!!!
If you would like to donate to ACWE, you can via cash, check or online
through PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/acwe. Cash and check
donations can be given to me either at Zilker on Sunday or rehearsal on
Tuesday. Please also share this with your friends, family, and make sure to
post about it on social media (or share ACWE's posts)!!
Thank you all for the time, energy, and funds you've dedicated to ACWE. Now,
let's spread the word and raise money for a new trailer!
As a reminder, here are some other ways you can help support ACWE:
1. If you're not already, please support ACWE through Amazon Smile.
Every time you purchase something from Amazon using the smile.amazon.com site
instead of amazon.com, Amazon will donate a small percentage of your purchase
amount to the charity you specify. Start using Amazon Smile to support ACWE
here: https://smile.amazon.com/ch/74-1844898
2. Check with your employer to see if they do any kind of corporate
donations or matching that could benefit ACWE. In the past, some companies
have given donations to organizations where employees donated their time (aka
came to rehearsal). Contact Melissa if you need to provide proof of ACWE’s
nonprofit status, or any other help with this.
3. Spread the word about ACWE and our concert dates to your friends, family,
coworkers, neighbors, general acquaintances, and even strangers! Having more
people attend our concerts brings more community awareness to our group, and
also brings in more donations at each concert.
4. If you or any of those friends, family, etc that you know are willing,
please consider making a financial donation to ACWE. We are a registered
501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. You
can donate via cash, check or online through PayPal at
https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/acwe.
5. Let me (Melissa) or anyone on the board know if you have any ideas for
fundraising. You can talk to any of us in person at rehearsal, or send an
email to me at acwetreasurer@xxxxxxxxx.
Thank you once again,
Melissa Kunkel
